True flavor takes time. Our garlic undergoes a meticulous 3-day sun-drying process before being slow-roasted with hand-selected lentils. We avoid modern industrial grinders that heat and destroy natural flavors. Instead, we use low- temperature stone-pounding that preserves the essential oils and creates that signature coarse texture.
Must try all podis and pickles from them… Five stars for Karivepaku Podi and Magaya Avakai. Would definitely recommend.
