Podi and Pachadi LLP operates as an online direct-to-consumer (D2C) food brand based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. All our Podis and Pachadis are handcrafted by our all-women team in small batches, prepared fresh, and are 100% free from chemical preservatives, artificial colors, or synthetic additives.

2. Prepaid-Only Policy

Prepaid Only: Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal food products and the strict upfront payment requirements of our courier logistics, we do not offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option.

Order Confirmation: Order processing and batch grinding begin only after full payment for the products and delivery charges is received and verified through our secure online payment gateways.

3. Shipping, Logistics, and Delivery Charges

We utilize third-party logistics partners to transport our products locally within Hyderabad and pan-India.

Global Delivery Fees: All shipping and delivery fees are borne entirely by the customer, anywhere in the world. Under no circumstances is Podi and Pachadi LLP responsible, liable, or accountable for paying shipping, courier, logistics, or transport fees.

Local & National Logistics: Local intra-city orders are fulfilled through Porter logistics . National pan-India orders are dispatched through reputed National Courier Services.

Third-Party Liability: Podi and Pachadi LLP acts solely as a shipper. We are not liable for any delays in transit, customs clearance holdups, missed delivery windows, or handling issues caused by third-party delivery partners, including Porter and national couriers.

4. Storage and Food Safety Disclaimer

Mandatory Refrigeration: Our products are preservative-free and highly sensitive to
India’s intense heat and humidity. Customers are strongly advised to refrigerate all Podis and Pachadis immediately upon receipt to preserve the unrefined traditional cold-pressed Ganuga oils and lock in the aromatic spice flavors.

Handling: Always use a clean, bone-dry spoon to serve. Podi and Pachadi LLP is not liable for spoilage, mold, or degradation resulting from improper storage, moisture contamination, or handling after delivery.

Allergen Warning: Our products are processed in a facility that handles peanuts, tree nuts, sesame seeds, and gluten. While we maintain strict sanitization and separation procedures, we cannot guarantee 100% allergen-free environments for highly sensitive individuals.

5. Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy

No Returns: In accordance with food safety regulations for perishable items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered the grinding, preparation, or packing stages.

Transit Spoilage / Damage Claims: If you receive a spoiled, damaged, or incorrect product, you must contact us at podipachadi@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to submit a claim. To process a refund, credit note, or replacement, the client must provide clear photographic and video proof of the spoiled package, its contents, and the invoice. Claims submitted after 7 days or without clear visual evidence will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

6. Limitation of Liability
Podi and Pachadi LLP shall not be liable for any health issues arising from improper storage by the customer or consumption beyond the recommended shelf life. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our third-party delivery partners.

7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and your use of the website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
